A big warm welcome to Madiha
Full time worker at Manchester airport and Mum. She has decided to take charge and change her life. We are 6 weeks in and 6kg down. The difference already is 🤯 aiming for at least another 10kg to come off across the next 7 months.
Wanting to set a great example to her family of the importance of being healthy and exercising shes embraced this process with open arms. Long term goal of being the best she’s ever looked and with her work ethic it’s only a matter of time!
Shes going to be training with me 3x a week over a 12 period to start. Big changes coming 🙌🏼

New team member alert 🚨
Fraser comes from the actual north 🏴
Sports and exercise have always been a huge part of his life starting out as a competitive swimmer and even becoming assistant head coach of his old team.
Realising his enjoyment training and coaching he very quickly got into a gym environment and now has over 13 years experience as a PT.
He’s also competed in several shows as a men’s physique competitor but blames a knee injury and his inability to grow a moustache for never moving up to classic bodybuilding.
Since moving to Manchester he worked in a few gyms which he didn’t enjoy but after doing our internship realised FLF was the right environment for him.
Once we get round the language barrier we are sure he will fit right in 💪🏼

Say hi to Hamid – a new member of the FLF family!
Hamid is a hardworking and ambitious quantity surveyor for a construction company, with plans to progress further up the career ladder. Like many people, he also works from home and faces the challenges that come with it.
Hamid has been struggling with training consistency, his sleep routine, daily movement, as well as trying not to finesse a whole pack of biscuits after dinner.
Don’t get me wrong—he has a great foundation, but now it’s time to flip the script, build a solid routine, and unlock his best self.
I’m super excited to get started with Hamid. He has all the right pieces of the puzzle to achieve an amazing transformation. I know that with the right training plan, routine, and consistency, the results will come!
We’ll be training three times per week for the next 12 weeks, with the goal of getting him into the best shape of his life.
Can’t wait to see what we achieve together! 🔥

New team member alert 🚨
Eisa, born and bred in Slough began his journey in fitness when he was 12. It started from 7 minute workout apps to doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & wrestling to sneaking into the free weights section as a 14 year old. This is where he found his passion in resistance training.
This passion of training continued after sixth form, it grew to the point where he decided to leave his degree apprenticeship to become a personal trainer and then go onto work at a reputable transformation gym in London Kensington.
There he worked up the ladder quick and became a senior trainer. As his career progressed so did his personal life, he got married to his wife from Manchester and moved up here. Not long after, the opportunity to work at FLF came and he got it. Time to see what he brings!
With over a decade worth of training experience and his experience with previous client transformations we believe Eisa will fit right in!

Welcome to the FLF family, Sabah.
We’re 7 weeks into her 12 week journey and she’s already down 9.4kg. Sabah is a new mum with the goal of being the fittest and healthiest mum she can be. She has a small training background when she was in uni which definitely gave us an advantage to start with.
This girl is an absolute workhorse and has executed everything that has been put in front of her. I promised her 10kg in 12 weeks and I think it’s fair to say we’ve smashed it! Her confidence has grown week by week with an even bigger smile on her face in our sessions.
Lots of respect for Sabah. I couldn’t be proud to have her a client. I’m beyond excited to continue to watch her evolve over the upcoming weeks here at FLF.
Big things coming for .97 😎

Strongman Saturday
Good to see everyone this morning despite the first proper signs summer is coming to an end this week. Genuinely horrible week weather-wise, but great to see everyone still turning up this morning ready to work nonetheless.
The intensity was there from the first exercise to the last. Nobody eased off, a full morning of heavy lifts and the team pushing the team the whole way through.
Big shout out to Stuart, Sadia and Bilal, who all had a brilliant session today they strong work from start to finish 💪🏻. Special mention to Domain as well who apparently forgot how half the exercises work after his time off with his “injury” 😂
Everyone’s earned a proper rest this weekend after a session like that. Tank well and truly emptied, everything else feels earned from here.
Reminder, FLF family — Strongman is FREE for all members and just £10 for non-members. No excuse not to get involved.
Looking forward to seeing you all again next Saturday. 🙌🏻

14 weeks - 10kg down
My client Kabs’ 10kg fat loss transformation.
Kabs is a milkman. Early starts, physical labour, on his feet all day, the schedule most people would use as the reason they “can’t.” Kabs used it as the reason to get it done.
We had a few ups and downs early on. But once we found our rhythm, the process went smooth and the results started to show.
Kabs didn’t just lose 10kg, he continued to get stronger and built some serious muscle mass throughout the dieting phase. This didn’t happen by accident. Holding strength that deep into a deficit, let alone building it, comes down to smart programming, absolute adherence to the diet plan, and a spot-on routine outside the gym to allow proper recovery.
10kg down, stronger, with more muscle than the day he started. A textbook transformation.
Hats off to Kabs, he put in the graft, week in week out, and reaped the rewards.

The goal was simple: a full factory reset. Over the first 12 weeks we reduced her steps, pulled cardio and weight training back to 3 days a week, and gradually pushed her calories up. Training became the main focus, getting strong in particular. We picked movements that met her needs and trained low volume with very high intensity and effort.
Once we’d optimised her sleep, stress management and headspace, with her now eating double what she was when she came to us. We slowly moved her into a calorie deficit. By the end, she’d lost 13 kilos, improved her sleep, cleared her skin, gotten significantly stronger, and was looking awesome.
When Tunde first came to us she couldn’t even take a before pic, so that starting photo isn’t a true reflection of where she began. Now she’s confident, we even shot with Christopher Bailey | Fitness Photographer, with some stunning images coming soon.
Next step: slowly pushing her calories back up while maintaining everything she’s worked so hard for.
