Reuben is actually a gym owner himself owning a franchise in the .trafford.uk community and tbh his starting point is already good and better than most people’s end result however Reuben is the type of person that isn’t satisfied with just good and wants his physique to be great… he’s come to the right place.

Really excited for this one and to be honest my biggest challenge is going to be stopping this action man doing too much as Reuben loves training and isn’t happy if he isn’t in the gym, running on a road or burning a 1000 cals in a sauna whilst swinging kettlebells which apparently is the general theme of Shredfast 🤷🏻‍♂️

Let’s get to work Reuben it’s time to train smart and choose quality over quantity and watch that magic happen 🪄🧙🏻‍♂️

Very proud of the progress Shahid has made throughout this coaching journey.

From the start, he committed fully to the process and stayed consistent with both his training and lifestyle habits. The physical transformation has been incredible, but more importantly, his confidence, energy and overall mindset have completely changed too.

Results like this don’t happen overnight. They come from structure, accountability and consistently showing up week after week.

This video gives a real insight into what can happen when you commit to yourself properly and follow the RIGHT plan.

Strongman Saturdays are back.

After a week off it was great to get everyone back together and back to work. The heat certainly didn’t make things easy today but credit to everyone who turned up and got stuck in despite the hot weather.

It was also great to see some new faces getting involved and giving Strongman a go. That’s what these sessions are all about, challenging yourself, having a laugh, and being part of a great community.

That being said, we want to see even more of you there. If you’ve been thinking about coming down this is your sign.

The next block kicks off next Saturday at 10am. Be there.

Welcome Luqman to the team!

At 25 years old and working as a financial advisor. Luqman came to us ready to make a real change after spending a long time training without seeing the progress he wanted and not having a clear pathway. And when his Grandma told him he needed to put some size on, that was the push he needed!

Now the goal is clear — pack on quality muscle, build strength, and create a plan that actually delivers results.

We’re focusing on structured nutrition to aid his new lifestyle and recovery in order to take him to the next level.

Sayid’s A → B → C transformation.
A process.

A. The starting point - 67kg. Skinny fat.
Low muscle mass, soft look, no structure, no consistency. This phase was about building the foundations, dropping body fat, and getting lean. Learning how to train properly, eat with purpose, staying disciplined and consistent.

B. Lean - 60kg and sharp. The result of stripping away bad habits and locking in the basics day after day. B was never the end goal. We knew there was more potential.

C. Ripped - 65kg. Leaner, fuller, more muscular. Instead of rebounding after phase one, we built on it. Calories increased gradually and strategically over time. Performance became the priority. Progressive overload week after week.

That’s the difference between temporary progress and a real transformation.

Most people want the end result immediately. Very few are willing to master each phase properly.

This is what sustainable progress actually looks like.

67kg → 60kg → 65kg

Everyone welcome Saeed to FLF

Saeed works in recruitment and spends most of his day working from home… but once the laptop closes, it’s a different story Nights out, caramel lattes, and hitting all the best food spots in the city have been the routine.
The turning point? Getting invited to his Just Eat driver’s wedding he took that as the sign he needed to get himself back to FLF and finally give Chach his money.
Saeed first came to see us a year ago, but at the time he wasn’t quite ready to take that first step. Fast forward to now… he’s all in.
Referred by his cousin Amna who’s had incredible results with us, Saeed is ready to put in the work and make a serious change.

Over the next 16 weeks, he will be training with me three times a week, we will dial in his training, nutrition, and habits to get him in the best shape of his life

We get started Monday… let’s go 👊
