What a fantastic week its been at GKKC! We awarded Sensei Ed with a special black belt embroidered in Japan, for his 80th birthday, Sensei Julian awarded Benjamin and Selina with their Dan grade certificates beautifully scripted by Sensei Masataka Osh*ta, and we had many students pass their grading assessments to a very good standard too! On behalf of myself and the rest of our fantastic instructor team, congratulations to you all and thank you for your dedication and commitment to your training and to GKKC. Sensei Debs 🙂

A reminder that there is a seminar coming up in June with Masataka Ohsh*ta Sensei, not one to miss!

Today in our beginners class we decided to practice the k**a kata we learned in February when Sensei Ricardo and Sensei Dirk visited the UK to teach the Osita Ha UK students Kobudo.

It was a great opportunity to refresh what we had learned and also to share it with the lower belts at club who were amazing!
