Great seminars with Gui and Tainan on Sunday.

Lots of details for everyone to work on from the adults seminar, and the kids seminar was an invaluable opportunity for the kids to train with top competitors.

You don’t build confidence by thinking about it.

You build it by showing up and doing the work.

Every session adds a little bit more belief. Not because everything suddenly feels easy, but because you realise you can handle it.

Most of the progress isn’t obvious in the moment. It shows up later, in how you carry yourself and how you deal with things outside the gym.

A lot of people struggle with their fitness because they hate being bored.

Doing the same movements, counting reps, watching the clock 🕑😪

It just doesn’t stick for most people.

Learning skills changes that.

You’re focused on what you’re doing, not how long you’ve been doing it. The workout happens without it feeling like a workout.

That’s why this kind of training works so well for people who’ve never enjoyed the gym.
