I have been treating a high number of clients with calf issues recently, and I thought it would be useful to share information on this type of injury.

Everybody either athlete or not will suffer from shoulder pain at some point reasons for this are:

🔵 Incorrect warming up/cool down before and after exercise.

We all have busy lives, and a lot more people are working from home on their computer or are office based. This can result in us being in a seated position more than we have ever been before.
That's why it is so important for us to make sure we have the correct seated position at our work space to reduce the chances of injury or poor mobility.
Make sure you are following these 7 golden rules:
🔵 Chair: Make sure you can adjust the height and back rest
🔵 Back support:Use a back adjuster to sit on.
🔵 Eyes: Make sure you are at the right eye level with your monitor or screen.
🔵 Screen: Make sure it is an arms length away from your face.
🔵 Elbows: have the at 90 degrees when using your keyboard.
🔵 Knees: bent at 90 degrees when at your work station to ease the pressure on your back.
🔵 Feet: try to muse a footrest.
