When we started working together last October, he’d fallen off track with his training and diet due to struggling with an injury.

The frustrating part?

Andy knew exactly how good life felt when he was in shape.

Getting in shape requires you to kill old habits, and build new ones. And in my opinion that’s where the real impact happens on how you see yourself as a person.

You don’t just see the good physique you’ve built, you’re proud of the changes you’ve had to make to get there.

That’s what it’s really about.

Number 2 is probably the worst one 🤮

“I was putting structure into my business… but not into my health.”

had built a successful business in Qatar.

He had a great partner, contributed to his community, and was ticking a lot of boxes on paper.

But his health was always the thing that got pushed down the priority list.

Like many men, he’d swing between being “all in” and completely off track.

A few good weeks.
A few gym sessions.

What changed wasn’t motivation.

It was structure.

Over the last 6 months, Jamie has:

One burger doesn’t make you fat 🍔

One chicken salad doesn’t make you shredded 🥗

Your results are built by what you do consistently, not occasionally.

Most guys think it’s the meal out on Saturday night that ruins their progress.

It’s not.

It’s what happens after.

The moment they think:

“F**k it, I’ve messed up now.”

And suddenly one meal turns into a whole weekend.

Then Monday becomes “I’ll start fresh.”

Then the evening snacking creeps back in during the week.

Dad Bod to looking like Captain America 🦸🏻‍♂️

Absolutely unreal transformation from

50+ lbs of body fat gone.
A serious amount of muscle built, and honestly… he looks like a completely different man.

Like a lot of men in their 30s, life caught up with him.

Business got busy, and with having two kids, he had less time for himself.

And slowly, over the years, the weight crept on, a few pounds here, a few pounds there.

It’s not until one day he looked in the mirror and realised:

“This isn’t the man I want to become.”
