From overweight, sluggish, and shirts fitting too tight around his belly.
➡️ To leaner, athletic, stronger, and shirts fitting properly again.
This is my client
When we started working together last October, he’d fallen off track with his training and diet due to struggling with an injury.
The frustrating part?
Andy knew exactly how good life felt when he was in shape.
Having energy.
Feeling athletic.
Wearing clothes that fit properly.
Going on holiday without worrying about taking his shirt off.
He wanted that feeling back.
Now here’s what makes this transformation even more impressive
Andy is in his mid-50s and over the last 8 months we’ve had to navigate injuries, niggles, and setbacks along the way.
But every time a challenge came up, he looked for a solution instead of an excuse.
That attitude is exactly why he’s achieved:
✅ 22 lbs of body fat lost
✅ More lean muscle and a stronger, athletic physique
✅ Shirts and trousers that fit properly again
✅ More confidence heading into his summer holiday
The biggest lesson?
Getting back in shape isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about staying in the game long enough to win.
Well done mate. Enjoy your holiday ☀️

Number 2 is probably the worst one 🤮

Most men don’t need more gym days.
They need a better plan.
If you’re a busy man who wants to shift the dad body get back in shape without spending 5-6 days per week in the gym
I’ve put together a 3-day full-body training plan I use with my clients.
Comment “3” below and I’ll send it over for free.

Dad Bod to looking like Captain America 🦸🏻♂️
Absolutely unreal transformation from
50+ lbs of body fat gone.
A serious amount of muscle built, and honestly… he looks like a completely different man.
Like a lot of men in their 30s, life caught up with him.
Business got busy, and with having two kids, he had less time for himself.
And slowly, over the years, the weight crept on, a few pounds here, a few pounds there.
It’s not until one day he looked in the mirror and realised:
“This isn’t the man I want to become.”
Because Charlie refused to accept the idea that getting older automatically means getting out of shape.
Fast forward 3 years…
Now he’s lean, muscular, confident, disciplined, and setting the standard for himself instead of making excuses.
And the best part?
We haven’t done anything extreme.
No starvation diets, or killing himself with cardio, No mad unrealistic routines.
Because with a business and two children, he needed a structure that fit REAL life.
There’s been injuries, weeks away for work and times where training wasn’t perfect.
But he stayed consistent.
And that’s what changes everything.
Most men massively underestimate what can happen when they stop chasing perfection and simply keep going.
If you’re a busy man who’s let himself go because of work and family.
Drop me a DM.
Let’s rebuild the man underneath.
