After 11 happy years at Bankhouse, Pilates Space has moved a whole 69 yards into The Old Co-Op Warehouse.
It is a fabulous space, and I absolutely love it!!!
It is definitely the coolest corner in Prestwich!
Hope you all love it as much as I do.

Amazing day at Clough Day yesterday with my fabulous colleague Denise from Bowen Manchester. Wow it was hot ☀️☀️
Thankyou to everyone who popped by to say hi and pick up a goody bag. It was so nice to see you all.
Lovely to chat to lots of new people and I promise I will fit you into a class as soon as there is space!!

The guys who run Bury Homeless Project are phenomenal. They put in so much work to help those who are homeless or being rehomed. Please keep an eye on their page and help out if you can. Huge thankyou to everyone who brought in items over Dec/ Jan. 🙏🙏

💚 Lovely Christmas Afternoon Tea at Time for Tea in Prestwich.
What a fabulous way to spend a dark, rainy afternoon. Lots of tea, cake and chatter!

💚This year Pilates Space is collecting for Bury Homeless Project and St Andrew’s Food Pantry Whitefield.
💚Both charities are doing incredible work with the most vulnerable in our community.
💚Donations of the following items will be very gratefully received.
Tinned food ( esp tuna, sweetcorn, mushy peas)
Long life milk
Cooking oil
Hot dogs, packet noodles
Tea, coffee, squash
Toilet rolls, sanitary products
Shower gel, soap, shampoo, conditioner
Razors
Hot drink sachets
Bottled water
Socks
Flasks
