As of NEXT week, my two Thursday classes are one!

Yoga For All is for people of all genders and backgrounds looking for a more understanding and accommodating approach to yoga.

The class is neurodivergent-inclusive, with an approach that considers communication, sensory and processing needs. My approach combines CPD through The Yoga Therapy Institute and Neurodiverse Yoga Directory.

Before your first class, you’ll complete an accessibility intake form, where you can share anything (or nothing!) that you think will help you feel comfortable. Instructions are clear and direct, and there’s plenty of flexibility in how you participate.

I’ve been having SO much fun creating private yoga and wellness experiences lately, and it feels so right that THIS is the way for things to flow forward

From a wellness evening for parents with Temple Moor School PTA, to a private yoga session for The Girls Club in Manchester, two very gorgeous hen do retreats here in Hebden Bridge, and even taking yoga to a beautiful estate in the Lake District for a family on holiday…

Honestly, I’d love to do a LOT more of this.
