A few of my favourite memories from the south of Italy. It already feels long gone... 🇮🇹
Lots of good food but with balance: watermelon at the beach when it's roasting, pizza that never lasts long enough + ice cream for my parents' anniversary and trust me...a lot more food. 🤫
Finally caught up with my old friend Alberto after years. Honestly couldn't tell you how long. We even snuck a workout in and rescued an umbrella that flew halfway into the sea 😂
Balance isn't about restriction. It's enjoying life fully while still keeping the things that matter to you in the picture: good food, good people and still making time for training because it's part of who I am. 🩷

I did this session at the beach in Italy, shortly after a delicious nutella croissant, not gonna lie. 👀 That definitely gave me the energy to handle this workout. It was roasting but the pine forest gave a bit of shade so it was bearable. 😅
Swipe through for each exercise:
🔸Pull ups 5x8-10
🔸Feet elevated push ups 5x10
🔸Abs 3x10
People think holidays mean either fully switching off or being obsessive about training. There's a middle ground.
I've enjoyed everything I fancied. I just kept portions in check and hit my protein target every day and still trained about 3 times a week. No proper gym, just a calisthenics rig I found in the pine forest. Proof that results come from consistency over time, not from being perfect every single day.
I really felt this one. Already looking forward to being back here next year. 😍
Anyone else train through their holidays or do you switch off completely?

Hottest day of the week and I still got my upper body session in. 😅
Not gonna lie, calorie deficit + heatwave sleep was not the dream combo for energy levels but I cracked on anyway.
Swipe through to see pull-ups, bench, triceps and biceps all in one sweaty session. 💥
You don't need to feel 100% to show up, you just need to start and the rest follows!
