👠 👠 4 Week Intro To Heels & Pole Flow Course 👠👠

This 4 week course will introduce you to dancing in heels. We will cover different movments standing moving around the pole and the floor and will also have some beginner pole spins. This course is suitable for everyone even if you have not done pole before. We will work on gaining confidence in heels while building a mini routine over the 4 weeks. This course runs in 4 consecutive weeks starting Wednesday 6th April at 8pm and is £30

I am so excited to announce that we have an new instructor joining our Pole Seduction team! The amazing Zoey Gritto!
Zoey has been poling for 5 years and teaching for 4 years. She started out a complete beginner with no dance or gymnastics background and has now gone on to compete in many competitions which include:

Zoey considers herself to be a versatile teacher who likes everything from bendy to strength tricks. Zoey has a great love for flips and power spins and has the ability to break things down and guide you through the trick. Zoey has a lot of experience choreography routines teaching heels classes/workshops and choreographing routines for students!
