Swinton Judo Club welcomes all people aged 5 and above to try a new sport, get fit, and have fun. Classes for young children, youths and adults. Please note!

Our class timetable in August is different due to holidays, please check before attending! Swinton Judo Club welcomes all people aged 4 and above to come a long and try our sport, no matter what ability. We have three separate classes which are split into age groups. Kinders (aged 4-7) 6:15 - 7:15
Juniors (aged 8-15) 7:15 - 8:15
Seniors (aged 16+) 8:15 - 9:40

All our coaches are DBS checked, h

Green belt's got skills! 🟢🔥

Notice how the turnover seamlessly transitions directly into the hold down while simultaneously securing the strangle. Hands were ready from the start of the movement to sneak in this strangle, while the turnover distracts uke to make space for it.

A group of us went on Sean and George's nage no kata course yesterday, some for black belt theory, and some just to work on judo skills! These guys really know their stuff and do a great job of catering for all levels on the mat. Thanks for another great course!
