💙⚽ FOOTBALL’S GIVEN ME MORE THAN JUST MEMORIES…
Some of my best memories growing up are built around football and the friendships that came with it.
Hours spent playing football with mates in the evenings, at weekends and throughout the school holidays. No phones, no worries about the time… just a football, a few mates and endless games!
Adrian, Dwayne and Jamie, Patrick and Noel, Stephen and Dean — names that bring back so many memories of growing up, playing football and building friendships that started with a shared love of the game.
Through coaching, I’ve also had the pleasure of watching my own son experience that same journey — making friends, sharing experiences and creating memories that will hopefully last a lifetime.
That’s what makes football so special. It’s about so much more than scoring goals. It’s about bringing people together, learning to support each other, celebrating successes and building friendships that can last a lifetime.
At FFF, we’re creating those same opportunities for friendships to grow, confidence to build and memories to be made.
During Friendship month I’m really encouraging everyone to learn the names of every friend that’s at the session. Friendships that start with a football can last a lifetime.
