Fight day is here. The best way to get used to taking hits? Keep showing up, keep sparring, and keep moving forward.
It’s not about looking perfect, it’s about progress. Every block, every dodge, every round a little sharper than the last. The more you train under pressure, the less you’ll freak out when it counts.
Keep your hands up. Stay calm. Trust the process. You’ve got this. 💪🔥
Krav-Maga Manchester - FEKM
Krav maga self defence in Manchester. Part of the world's biggest Krav Maga organisation in Europe.
🔥 September’s Intro Course Highlights 🔥
🥋 Defending Against a straight Kick to the body:
Move out of the line of attack and deviate the kick with your arm.
Strike back as needed based on the attacker’s reaction.
🔪 Knife Threat to the Neck:
Pin the weapon arm to your chest while striking the attacker’s face.
Keep striking until you can safely disengage—no hesitation.
💡 Pro Tip: If you make the attacker talk, their reaction time slows down. Use that split second to control the weapon arm and regain the upper hand.
Whether it’s takedowns, disarming techniques, or adapting to the situation—every move is about awareness, precision, and confidence.
Stay sharp. Stay safe. 💪

Game drill - fight for the knife
Light sparring is the best way to get comfortable taking hits, staying calm, and responding with your own strikes. It’s not about going full force—it’s about building confidence, sharpening reflexes, and learning to think under pressure. Every controlled exchange is a lesson in resilience and strategy.
Want to level up your skills? Step into the ring, keep it technical, and trust the process. 🥊
