In Irish the word samhain (pronounced sa-wen) means November... in the wheel of the year context it refers to the eve of November, otherwise known as Halloween, and is another of the cross quarter festivals between the solstices & equinox'.

On the Samhain the veil between the human & the spirit worlds is said to be at it's thinnest. An important time in the cycle wherein we can prepare our inner landscape by slowing down, letting go & settling into the stillness of winter.

This year I'm hosting a small group gathering at Manningtree Arts to celebrate Samhain... on Weds 29th Oct at 7 - 9:30pm

Grounded in Growth is a 2 hour ritual to connect with & celebrate the aspects and energies of Spring 🌿

We'll be exploring qualities of Spring, through the lens of the body, and how to not only harness but also to honour the aspects of this phase of the cycle in a way that is truly rooted for intuitive listening, reciprocity, creativity & growth.

The ritual includes;

✨ Embodied drop-in meditation with ocean drum 🌊

✨ Sacral Flow Movement & Breath (yoga Asana flow + a non activated breath)

✨ Savasana with soothing rain sounds
