Looking forward to Friday, and watching you put all your theory in to practice. Randori sessions both classes, make sure you bring a drink.

Great sessions last night working on flexibility in both classes. Lots of fun also looking at core stability and co ordination and balance all important factors in judo 🥋. Next week is theory working on what’s needed for the next grade.

Down on numbers, but 2 really good fitness sessions for the players, working on movement patterns and body awareness. Everyone enjoyed being out in the sun ☀️ well done everyone.

What an amazing night of judo 🥋
All classes done extremely well in the heat and with some hard randori all night. New players continuing to improve their skills, older players showing off what they can do and have learnt over the past sessions. Was incredible to see.
New players always welcome come along and give it a try with small class sizes and a supportive environment experienced coaches guiding every step of the way come try and Olympic sport and martial art
