🥊 NERVOUS ABOUT YOUR FIRST KICKBOXING CLASS?

Sometimes it isn't the training that feels scary.

It's walking through the door.

You arrive at TKBA wondering…

"Will everyone be fitter than me?"
"What if I can't keep up?"
"What if I don't know what I'm doing?"

Then you come inside… and things usually feel very different. 😊

You'll be welcomed in, meet your coach, get settled and start with a simple warm-up.

We'll demonstrate what we're doing. You'll have a go. You'll probably get something wrong.

That's exactly how learning works.

You'll hit some pads, learn some techniques, get moving and probably have a laugh along the way.

And quite quickly you'll notice something…

Nobody is standing around judging you.

Around you are normal people of different ages, abilities and fitness levels — all concentrating on their own training and trying to improve.

🥊 You don't need to get fit first.
🥊 You don't need any experience.
🥊 You don't need to keep up with anyone else.

You just start where you are.

Before you know it, the class is finished and the big intimidating "first kickboxing session" you had imagined was actually just an hour spent learning something new with a friendly group of people.

The hardest part really can be opening that door.

📢 BANK HOLIDAY REMINDER

Just a quick reminder that TKBA will be CLOSED this Bank Holiday Monday, so there will be no classes running.
