Well done today boys, fantastic response to the midweek game. We spoke before the game about everything that had happened and things that were said but the response from the team was brilliant.
Everyone was brilliant today and I couldn't fault any of you so well done.

We played some cracking football and scored some excellent goal. ⚽️

Yes, we spoke about improvements as a team and individually but that's just to improve us moving forward. We made mistakes today but those that did bounced back from it which was brilliant to see

Today was our first Tournament of the year at Meden vale colts.

Let's try and be positive boys, today was about playing as a team and learning. We could all be negative but what does it achieve? We played football, sun was out and we get that little bit stronger as a team.

Apologies, I felt awful today so I really lacked the energy. I have apologised to the boys that didn't get on in the final. I feel bad but I blame the timing changes of the games. Slap on the wrist for the coach.

Well, well, well, boys. I have no idea why you got so frustrated today when you battled so well today. There were so many positives today against a side a league above we have a target, don't we....

I am concerned with the lack of smiles and enjoyment, but I'll be sorting that, haha

As the final whistle blows on this season, we step back, filled with pride and gratitude, knowing every challenge we faced brought us closer, and every success lit the path ahead. Today, Woodhouse Colts Originals attended their presentation. I also want to give a deep thank you to everyone coaches, managers, helpers, parents, players, admin, and sponsors everyone has played a huge part in this team. It’s been an amazing year full of ups and downs but we came back fighting stronger. And I can’t wait to see what next season brings. A huge thank you to Coach Craig his passion is a ray of sunshine, a guiding light for all our kids, and craig and stewart wants them to enjoy every step of this journey and make memories because that’s what it’s all about. And that’s a wrap here’s to the new season ahead 26/27 ! ⚽️🏆🥇

Brilliant tonight boys, some of the football in spells was excellent. If we can start sustaining that for longer periods, then other teams need to be worried, but that will come in time. 💪

There are a lot of candidates for MOTM, but Oscar edged it with his constant work rate on the wings. 🏆

Well done today boys, some very good football at times. If I were to find fault, it would be that we needed a little more composure with our shooting and a little more ruthlessness. 💪

Apart from that, a good outing on 4G which has hindered us in the past.😅

Well done today boys, you may not agree, but conditions today were ideal for football. Once we settled down, enjoyed it, and relaxed then the football started to shine through. ⚽️

There were some really good positives to take from that game at times with the link up play, the runs from midfield, the communication between you all. 🏆

Well done to Harley on getting the MOTM, Mr Utility today and hopefully we get to see more of these runs.💪

He was pushed very close by Oscar and Mason (great finishing from both players) Archie made some good saves and got an assist too. 👏

I would like to welcome the new boys and parents to the team. I thought both players slotted in perfectly today and they both enjoyed it so thank you to all the boys making them feel welcome. ⚽️

Well done today, boys, in very warm conditions. We were a lot better when we got the ball down, played football, and enjoyed it
We still need to get the diving in and trying to get the ball out of the air with our feet.

Tonight, we experienced something truly rare. Four Woodhouse Colts teams had the incredible opportunity to play on the Mansfield Town pitch. In these small-sided games and training, they worked so hard, showing their skills, their technique, and really coming together as one. They respected each other, built an amazing team spirit, and had an absolutely fantastic time.This is just one step in the journey they're all on a journey where every match, every training, and every moment is shaping lifelong memories and a love for the game. We can’t wait to see where this takes them It was a night we won’t forget.
