So it’s Wednesday already.
Adults K1 tonight make sure you are ready for some fun working on a few different techniques.

Please remember that the gym is closed all day Saturday after the early morning circuit class as we are away in Essex for Cyclone Fight Night.

We will be sending out our schedule so you can pre plan for over the Christmas period later this week and we will also have some class changes in January for when Stu is away too so these will be sent on email and via WhatsApp group

Just a reminder for contact based classes.
Training equipment is required as a safety measure.
Gumshield, insteps, gloves, groin guards (for men, optional for ladies).
This is for your safety and must be adhered too. When it comes to contact classes it really is a hardline. No kit - no training.
