Ready to move more, feel better and meet new people? 💪😊

Active for Health is a FREE 12-week programme for eligible adults in Huntingdonshire who want to become more active. Sessions include a mix of fitness activities, walking sports, team games, healthy eating and wellbeing walks — with activities chosen by the group alongside the coach.

📅 New programmes start from September
📍 Available across Huntingdonshire
💷 FREE to eligible participants

There’s also Active for Health Xtra, a 12-week programme for eligible residents aged 50+.
