🏉 Big weekend at MBRFC!

It’s a busy one at the club this weekend.

At home, the 1st XV take on Vipers and the Colts play Market Harborough.

The 2nd XV are away at Old Newtonians after a change of opposition.

After the home games, the men are getting into the spirit with an Oktoberfest social 🍻🇩🇪 — so it should be a good one!

We’ve also got our first Vice Presidents’ Dinner of the season taking place, so there is plenty happening off the pitch too.

The forecast is looking good, the b**r will be cold and there’s plenty of rugby to watch.

So come down, have a b**r and support your local rugby club! 🍻🏉

🏉 A BIG DAY OF RUGBY & OKTOBERFEST AT MBRFC! 🍻

Join us on Saturday 3rd October for a full day of rugby at Market Bosworth RFC!

We’ve got a packed schedule, with our 1st XV, and Colts all in action, plus our famous VP dinner happening in the clubhouse. Our second team are also in action, but they are away at Oadby Wyggs.

Once the rugby is done, we are keeping the party going with an Oktoberfest Social! 🍻

Expect plenty of rugby, good food, cold drinks and a great atmosphere — whether you’re there to support one of our teams or simply enjoy a day at the club (and the lederhosen), there’s something for everyone.

A tough result on the road, but plenty of positives to take from today’s performance. 💙 💛

With a number of regular 1st XV players unavailable this week, the lads who stepped in put in a strong all-round display and showed plenty of commitment from start to finish. The final score finished 38–14 to Towcestrians, but the effort and togetherness from the squad was there throughout.

👏 Man of the Match: Jacob Johnson — a great performance and well deserved!

Thank you as always to everyone who supported the boys. We go again next week as we’re back at home next week as we take on Vipers. 🏉
