✨ Meet the Teacher — Ciara Lintern ✨

We’re delighted to introduce **Ciara Lintern**, a passionate dancer and teacher with a strong background in **ballet, jazz and contemporary dance**.

A recent graduate of **Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance**, Ciara also holds a **BSc in Dance Science**, giving her a unique understanding of anatomy, physiology and injury prevention.

Ciara is passionate about helping dancers become **stronger, more confident and more aware of their bodies**, while developing their technique in a safe and effective way. 🩰✨

**We can’t wait to see Ciara inspire the next generation of dancers! 🤍**

The girls attend weekly associate classes at the prestigious Elmhurst Ballet School, training alongside their regular classes at Elevate.

We are incredibly proud of their continued hard work, commitment and dedication to their ballet training.
