P&E Sports Lettings Ltd is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team and lead operational performance across our growing multi-site venue portfolio.
๐ Based at our Arrow Vale offices in Redditch (B98), with regular travel across P&E Sports venues
๐ท ยฃ40,000โยฃ42,000 per annum, depending on experience
โฐ 40 hours per week, with flexibility for evenings, weekends and the management on-call rota
๐ฅ Reporting directly to the Director and leading our Area Managers
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for translating company priorities into safe, consistent and high-quality delivery across our venues.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
โข Leading, developing and holding Area Managers accountable
โข Driving venue standards and school contract delivery
โข Overseeing health and safety, safeguarding and compliance
โข Managing workforce planning, rotas and payroll controls
โข Leading operational audits and continuous improvement
โข Supporting the mobilisation of new venues and services
โข Monitoring budgets, KPIs and overall operational performance
We are looking for a credible and experienced multi-site leader with a strong record of managing managers, raising standards, addressing underperformance and building accountable teams.
The successful candidate will need excellent judgement, strong people and financial-management skills, a full driving licence and the ability to remain calm, decisive and solutions-focused in a fast-growing organisation.
