📣 IMPORTANT SHOW UPDATE – NEW DATE: SUNDAY 2nd of August 2026 📣

After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to postpone this Sunday’s Horse World Show.

Entries are currently low, and the extreme temperatures this week have meant many people have understandably not had the opportunity to ride and prepare their ponies. With more hot weather expected, the welfare of our horses, riders, families, volunteers and staff must come first.

The show will now take place on:

We appreciate this will be disappointing, but we genuinely believe it is the right decision for everyone involved.

We're looking forward to welcoming everyone to our showing show at Horse World Equestrian Centre!

Class Timings:
🌟 In-Hand Classes – Start at 9:00am in the Main Indoor Arena
Judge: Vivien Spencer

🌟 Novice Classes – Start at 11:00am in the Small Outdoor Arena
Judge: Sam Moody

🌟 Ridden Classes – Start at 12:00pm in the Main Outdoor Arena
Judge: Tanya Bridgeman

📝 Entries will be taken on the day in the Secretary's Office. Cash or Card accepted.

🌼 HELP WANTED – RAGWORT REMOVAL AT HORSE WORLD 🌼

Do you know anyone wanting to earn some ££

We're looking for someone who would be interested in helping us remove ragwort from our fields.

With so many other jobs to get through around the yard, we're struggling to keep on top of it and could really do with some help.

✅ Manual removal only (pulling/digging the whole plant out, including the roots)
✅ Pop it into bags and we'll use the tractor to collect and remove it from the field.
💷 We're happy to pay the right person for the work.

Ragwort is highly toxic to horses, so keeping our fields safe is really important to us.

We're looking for friendly volunteers to help at our Showing Show this Sunday at Horse World.

We're looking for people to help with:
🐴 Ring stewards
📋 General event support
😊 Helping keep the day running smoothly

No experience is necessary – just a friendly attitude and a willingness to help. It's a great way to get involved, meet other horsey people, and be part of a fantastic day.

🎁 As a thank you, every volunteer will receive a FREE arena hire and be fed and watered all day 🙂

We’re excited to share our full Showing Schedule for our upcoming Show Day!

Join us for a fantastic day of In Hand and Ridden Showing, with classes for all ages, breeds, heights and experience levels. Whether you’re bringing a seasoned show horse, a new combination, a family pony, a lead rein superstar or simply coming along for the fun, there’s something for everyone.

✨ Indoor Arena — Showing / In Hand
Starting at 9:00am with classes including Youngstock, Mountain & Moorland, Best Condition, Coloured, Veteran, Cob, Concours d’Elegance, Tiny Tots Handler, Bonny Pony, Best Combination, Tack & Turnout, Lead Rein Pony and more.

✨ Main Outdoor Arena — Showing / Ridden
Classes include Walk & Trot, Veteran, Lead Rein / First Ridden, Mountain & Moorland, Junior Ridden, Cob, Hunter / Riding Club Type, Coloured and New Combination.

🎭 Fancy Dress is also included — open to all, and the wilder the better!

💷 Entry fees:
Most classes: £13.00
Fancy Dress: £6.00
Plus £2 first aid

Classes will run in numerical order and will follow on unless otherwise announced on the day.
