💙 Every Breath Is Precious: what this campaign is all about

Most of us never think about breathing.
But for people living with pulmonary fibrosis, every breath can take effort.

That is why the Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust has launched Every Breath Is Precious.

This campaign has one clear purpose:
to raise awareness of pulmonary fibrosis and raise vital funds so we can do more for people and families living with this life-changing condition.

Funds raised will help us:

💙 Expand emotional support services so no one faces PF alone
💙 Support research to improve understanding and future outcomes
💙 Provide essential equipment and home adaptations, such as stairlifts and mobility aids

As part of the campaign, our Patron Nick Ashill will run 900 miles from John O’Groats to Land’s End, starting on 5 September, to help shine a light on pulmonary fibrosis and raise funds in memory of his mum, who died from the disease.

But you do not have to run 900 miles to make a difference.

You can support Every Breath Is Precious in three simple ways:

1. Share
Help more people understand pulmonary fibrosis.

2. Donate
Every gift helps us support more people living with PF.

3. Get involved
Join our new Every Breath Club. Walk, run, cycle, swim or move in any way that works for you. There is no minimum distance. You just need to start.

Together, we are aiming to raise £100,000 to help the Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust do more. Because when every breath matters, every action matters too.

WATER SAFETY - does your child know how to be around & in water safely?

Do you know what to do should you fall in or witness someone else in trouble in the water?

Learning strokes is great but won’t necessarily SAVE YOUR LIFE … come & learn.

Everyone that comes swimming with us learns these vital skills.

If you can’t find the time then please make yourself aware of the RNLI & RLSS …. If you do nothing else for your kiddies or yourself this summer ….. DO THIS ❤️ …. Have a great safe summer time ❤️
