We’re kicking off our brand-new Marlborough Penguins “Meet the Team” series by introducing our new Club Captains for 2026–2027 — Flo & Issac! 👑🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

🎉 A huge congratulations to you both on being chosen as our new Club Captains! 🎉

We’re so excited to see you take on your new roles and know you’ll be fantastic ambassadors for our club, supporting and encouraging our younger Penguins along the way. 🐧❤️💛

💛 Flo: About 11 years
💛 Issac: 8 years

⭐ What is your favourite swimming event?
🏊‍♀️ Flo: 50m Freestyle
🏊‍♂️ Issac: 200m Butterfly

🏅 What is your favourite swimming memory so far?
🏊‍♀️ Flo: Making my first Nationals
🏊‍♂️ Issac: Getting my first Regional time

🍕 What is your favourite post-swim food?
🥛 Flo: Weetabix with cold milk and honey

🐧 What do you love most about being a Penguin?
❤️💛 Flo & Issac: The atmosphere, making friends and the feeling of being part of the club.

🎯 What is your swimming goal for this season?
🏊‍♀️ Flo: Get a new PB in my 100m Freestyle
🏊‍♂️ Issac: Make a Regionals final again

👑 What are you most looking forward to about being a club captain?
🐧 Flo & Issac: Getting involved in leading younger swimmers and helping organise club events.

💛 What advice would you give to our younger Penguins?
💬 Flo & Issac: Always try your best in training, put yourself forward for events you wouldn’t usually do and always give it your best!

🏆 If you could swim any event at the Olympics, what would it be?

Want to become a qualified pool lifeguard? Here’s your chance to gain your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and start your career in the leisure industry!

💷 £275 per person

⚠️ 100% attendance is required for the full course AND assessment.
Please make sure you are available for every day from Monday 26th October to Friday 30th October, plus Sunday 1st November.

A huge congratulations to every single one of our Marlborough Penguins who represented the club today. Finishing 7th in the A Final is a fantastic achievement! 👏🔥

So much brilliant swimming, determination and team spirit on show. Every swim, every relay and every cheer contributed to the team result — and we couldn’t be prouder! 💪🏊‍♀️

We are absolutely BUZZING to announce that Flo and Paige have been selected to represent Wiltshire at the National Inter County Team Championships 2026! 🏆

What an incredible achievement and a testament to all the hard work, dedication and commitment you both put into your swimming. 💪🏊‍♀️

To pull on that Wiltshire hat and represent your county is something to be incredibly proud of — and we couldn’t be prouder to see two of our Penguins selected! 🐧❤️💛

We hope all our amazing Penguins have had a fantastic summer break, enjoyed some sunshine, had plenty of fun and are feeling refreshed, recharged and ready to get back in the pool! 💦☀️

Congratulations on completing their river swim yesterday! 🎉

Eloise and Jo took part in the Bradford-on-Avon river swim, achieving 600m downstream in 20 mins and back upstream in 40 mins. 🎉💦😀💕🏊‍♀️
