Next Saturday morning (19/9) 8-45 - 9-30am

We'll be following a similar format to our new Thursday class, with no running or jumping and minimal impact.

Places will be limited and are available to book now, so to avoid disappointment please book early ✅

Forgot to mention earlier that our 5k run, walk or jog will be on tomorrow at 5-25pm from the centre. All welcome🙂

The old bodyweight HIIT sets with a few shuttle runs thrown in the mix take some beating on the bang for buck front!

Regardless of whatever we put out on the floor the attitude and effort from members is without fail totally unwavering... 100% EVERY TIME🫡👍👍
