Just to say NO ZUMBA GOLD CLASSES this Thursday as I'll be away in Cardiff but also because of the heatwave 🥵🥵 it's too to dance!!!

I hope you are well and had a good Bank Holiday weekend.
I'm back from my 2 months away all rested and recharged but my right knee still not well so I'll be wearing a knee support,anyway,I can't wait to dance with you again!
