Staffed hours are changing from Monday 29th June:
🕛 12PM–5PM (Mon–Fri)

Gym access stays exactly the same:
⏰ 4AM–Midnight, 365 days a year

The gym remains unstaffed Sat–Sun, and members can continue training as normal. Thank you for your continued support. 💙

Lads Lift & Chat — now held in memory of Phil.

As some of you may now know, our friend Phil Stone passed away this week.

Phil was truly at the heart of our community. Whether you were having a good or bad day, he had a way of lifting spirits.

Phil will be deeply missed, but he’ll be remembered warmly in our fitness community and beyond.
