This is is. 😧 The last ever scheduled evening class at New Era Fitness - EVER.

All that’s left after tonight is our final Carnage session on Saturday and then our p**s up on Saturday night! 🍻🥂

Lots of people have asked me what the next chapter of my life looks like - am I staying in fitness or doing something entirely different? 🤷🏻‍♂️

The later. I’m doing something entirely different. Last week I started my new position at my absolute favourite local business: as the new speciality coffee roaster at their roastery in Hilperton! 🖤☕️😁🥳

I have a lot to learn and have loved becoming part of the team over these last couple of weeks and jumping straight into learning more and more about the science of one of my favourite things: COFFEE!!!! 🤤🤤🤤🤤

I cannot tell you how happy I am. 😊😊

And that, as they say, is that. 🥹

Today marked my final day as a Personal Trainer with my final session wrapping up at 10:30 this morning.

When I started this journey 12 long years ago I had no idea where it would take me and am humbled to my core to have trained alongside and worked with so many wonderful individuals over my time. If you were one of them, then thank you. 🥰

The first of three parts of New Era Fitness has now come to and end - survived for now by Team Lean until 5th February and our Classes which will run until 23rd February. 📆

It’s been a pleasure, you guys & girls. It really has.

This weekend has been insane. Literally. Insane. 🤯

After announcing on Saturday that we’re closing the gym I’ve been inundated with absolutely wonderful messages, texts, emails, comments, phone calls - the lot - it’s been heavy, it’s been wonderful, it’s been overwhelming and it’s been emotional! 🫣🥺

I’m sorry I haven’t really come back to anyone yet… I physically can’t right now; we’ve just got so much going on (as you can hopefully appreciate) but I promise I will and I will read every single one you’ve all been so kind to send. 🤓📖

You can tell it’s been a stressful weekend… Aimée has joined me on the rum with a ginormous gin! 🥴🥃🍸

🧡🖤 The end of an Era… 🖤🧡

After 12 truly remarkable and incredible years we are devastated to announce that New Era Fitness will be closing. 😔

This coming week will be our final week of Personal Training sessions with our last classes wrapping up on Thursday 23rd February 2023.

I can’t even begin to surmise what this last 12 years of our lives has meant to us - so I won’t even try. We’ve met thousands of people and made true lifelong friends. 🫂 We’ve raised over £50,000 for charity completing once in a life time challenges that will live in our hearts forever and achieved so much more than we ever hoped to when we started this business on our dining table with £400 in the bank and a dream. 😌💭

I am endlessly proud of what we have built and though this chapter of our lives now begins to close we look forward with excitement at what is on the next page. 📖

I am SOOOOO immensely proud of my man .ballard.1804 who has kept his head down and LAZER focused for the last 52 days to lose as much body fat as possible - and just LOOK at what he has achieved!!!!! 😧😧😧

Absolutely incredible, truly — truly — remarkable!!!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Robbie has been following my guidance using the same principles we use on Team Lean and at this mornings check in we found out that not only has he lost exactly 13.2lbs of pure fat - he’s actually managed to GAIN just under 1kg of muscle!! 💪🏼😝

I’m astonished and so proud of you Robbie, I know it hasn’t been easy but you have achieved so much. 🥳🥳🥳

I can’t wait to see what we can achieved through 2023!!!!
