Our Beginner Course is for all ages (16+), abilities and fitness levels. Whether you want to:

💖 A Truly Special Day 💖
Six weeks ago, we held our annual charity show and raised an incredible amount for a truly worthy cause. Today, we had the privilege of visiting the Children’s Hospice, and what an amazing place it is!
The dedication of the staff, the warmth of the facilities, and the love that fills every corner are truly inspiring. It was a moving experience to reflect on the children and families who rely on this wonderful place during some of their most difficult times.
We again want to say another huge thank you to every single person who donated and supported our event. Your generosity is making a real difference! And we’re sure you’ll all agree, the money raised couldn’t have gone to a more deserving cause. ❤️

WOW… what an incredible result!! 🤩❤️
I’m absolutely over the moon to share that our Pole-Da-Cise Wiltshire Annual Charity Show 2025 raised an amazing £1,874 on the night for South West Children’s Hospice! 🎉
But that’s not all… after the show, one of our wonderful audience members made the kindest offer — her company generously pledged to match whatever we raised on the night, taking our total to a phenomenal £3,748!! 🥹💖
We are so incredibly grateful to everyone who supported us — whether you performed, helped behind the scenes, bought a ticket, or cheered from the crowd. Your kindness, generosity, and energy helped us raise such a fantastic amount for a truly worthy cause. Thankyou 🙏❤️
