Lost Property:

We found some lost property in the pavilion. We have found a blue jacket navy jodhpurs, base layer and riding boots. They are very wet wrapped up in a towel. If anybody knows who the owner of these are can they please drop me a direct message?

On behalf of the entire organising team, we extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who made yesterday’s Belvoir Team Chase & Hunter Trial such a resounding success.

To our incredible volunteers—your dedication, energy, and teamwork were the backbone of this event. From hedge cutting in spring to all the teams on the day, your efforts were nothing short of outstanding. Over 200 of you gave your time and skills, and it showed in every detail, from the excellent ground conditions to the seamless running of the day.

To our competitors—thank you for your sportsmanship, enthusiasm, and courage. Whether you tackled the 80cm Hunter Trial or flew through the 110cm Open Team Chase, your performances were inspiring. We know the rain added an extra challenge, but this did not dampen your resolve to compete.

We look forward to welcoming you back in 2026!

Special Offers

Spectators are welcome, and admission is £15 per car; occupants are admitted free of charge, if a vehicle has a single occupant £10.

Anyone arriving without a pass will be treated as a spectator and charged £15 or £10 to enter.

Passes are only to be used in conjunction with a rider or a horse and are not to be used as transferable, free tickets.

Bibs are available to buy from Declarations

£5 per bib if you would like to purchase multiple bibs drop me a message to talk price.

Traffic Update:

Saxby Road B676 outside Melton Mowbray is currently closed for short stretch but is open again after Wyfordby, your satnav should route you around this but please provision some extra time for this. access into the course is the same as usual.

Hats & Body Protector Rules, Hunter Trial & Team Chase Classes:

Hats and Body Protector Requirements:

As per the British Team Chasing Rule Book:

“Hats will be identified by a BTC, BE, PC or BRC approved Hat Tag. Only the following hat standards are accepted: British and European PAS 015 (2011) or VG01 040 2014-12 – both with a BSI Kitemark or Inspect IC Mark; American ASTM F1163 2004a onwards with SEI mark, Snell 2016 or 2021 (no other mark is needed with Snell) or Australia and New Zealand AS/NZS 3838 2006 onwards with SAI Global mark.”

“All competitors must also wear a body protector British Equestrian Trade Association BETA
2018 Level 3 standard (blue and black label). A body protector of this nature is also required when competitors are wearing air jackets of any make.”

Spot checks to be undertaken for hats and body protectors once competitors finish; if any member of an entry is found
in breach of the rules, that entry is eliminated and, where applicable, reported to the governing body of that class.
