Thank you for bearing with us!

Firstly, a huge thank you to everybody for your incredible support and the quick responses to our call for entries and help.

A massive thank you to all of our volunteers who responded so quickly to our call for help at such short notice. We genuinely couldn’t run the event without you.

And thank you to everyone who has entered to show their support for running a second event this year. The response has been absolutely awesome, and we’re delighted to confirm that we have now reached the minimum number of entries required for the event to go ahead! 🎉

So, we can officially confirm that we’ll see you all on Sunday 27th September for Belvoir Team Chase & Hunter Trial 2.0! 🏇

📅 Entries will remain open until 22nd September.

Due to the tight timescales involved, the first course walk will be on 26th September.

📸 Photos of the fences will also be uploaded to the CrossCountry app, so competitors can familiarise themselves with the course ahead of the event.

Don’t worry we haven’t forgotten. Thank you to everyone who has entered, the support we have seen for this event has been phenomenal. Once we have finished with the calculator, which I hope is later today we will make a further announcement.

Belvoir Team Chase & Hunter Trial 2.0 can only go ahead if we receive enough entries by midnight tonight. We’re breaking new ground running a second event so soon after the last, and your entry is what gives us the confidence to invest in making it happen.

If we don’t hit the numbers, you’ll receive a full refund — but we’d much rather run than cancel.

If you want another run before the next event on 11th October, please enter today rather than waiting until it’s too late.

🚀 Exciting News – A Second Belvoir Team Chase & Hunter Trial Could Be Happening!
It might feel surprising to be talking about another event so soon after the 14th September Team Chase… but with the next two fixtures cancelling and the incredible feedback we’ve received from riders, supporters, and volunteers, we’re seriously exploring the possibility of running Belvoir Team Chase & Hunter Trial 2.0 or Belvoir Team Chase & Hunter Trial – Here we go again (we haven’t decided on the name) on 27th September 2026.
The enthusiasm this year has been overwhelming, and several of you have already suggested a second autumn event — so we’re stepping up to see if we can make it happen and help fill the gap in the Team Chase calendar.
⏳ The clock is ticking…
To determine whether this additional event is viable, entries are now OPEN:
• Team Chase entries are live on the Team Chasing entry system
• Hunter Trial entries are open on Horse Events and Team Chasing Entry system
Over the next 48 hours, we’ll be closely monitoring entries. If the numbers show that the event can run, we’ll immediately confirm and begin booking contractors and coordinating with our brilliant volunteers.

If you’d like to be part of Belvoir Team Chase & Hunter Trial 2.0 — with the same classes and course format — please get your entry in as soon as possible. Early entries will determine whether we can move forward.
