Lovely to welcome Dawn Bowden MS Senedd Constituency Member and Deputy Minister for Arts and Sports to Merthyr Tydfil Swimming Club this evening.

We enjoyed showing Dawn how the club has been progressing since the easement of restrictions. We look forward to hopefully working in partnership with Dawn to help develop swimming within the Merthyr Borough🏊🏼‍♀️🏊🏻‍♂️

**Starting this week**

There are still a small number of spaces left at both venues, I'd love to fill them.

If you identify as a woman and would like to get some time for you, come along, check it out.

It's totally free, a nurturing space and very laid back. There is no need to feel like you have to be anything other than how you are on the day. If you feel anxious in social situations, I will ensure you feel held in the space.

Tickets include free refreshments and a free journal.
