Splash Swim Classes Launching Monday, 5th October

We are thrilled to launch our Splash Swim Classes at Merthyr Tydfil Leisure Centre starting Monday, 5th October! Designed specifically for young children, the Splash framework focuses on guided discovery to help your child explore the aquatic environment while building independent water confidence, safety, and basic swimming skills in a fun, supportive setting.

Class Details
When: Mondays
Time: 9:00 am – 11:00 am
Duration: 30-minute weekly sessions
Age Group: Suitable for children aged 3–4 years
Parent Role: Parents/guardians are not required to get in the water with their child

Please be aware that the Leisure Pool at Merthyr Tydfil Leisure Centre had to close unexpectedly today.

We expect to welcome everyone back into the water when the Leisure Pool reopens tomorrow at 12:00 noon.

All other facilities at the centre remain open as normal.
