If your goal is to shape and tone, don’t worry. I got you!

A few things need to be discussed before this happens though:

- understand weight training won’t make you “bulky” or “manly” unless you’re going to eat in a big calorie surplus and train continuously for 3, 5 or even over 10 years - you’ll not hit hulk status

- “toning” is the building of muscles and slight weight loss to show the definition. Meaning weight training is necessary to “tone”

- the benefits of weight training go wayyyy past just aesthetics. Think health, independence, longevity. So much more than just aesthetics but that’s a good bonus

With summer well and truly saying good bye to us now, it’s time to refocus on what your goals are for this year.

If weight loss is your goal, maybe you’re ready to clock in before Christmas - get yourself to get yourself in a session or some classes and make the most of the rest of 2025

Quads growing + waist shrinking

Lifting heavy and eating clean

(Clean does not mean “perfect”)

Save this to remind yourself to celebrate your wins!

I know it’s hard to take those first few photos. Potentially adding to your ever growing pile of “before” without reaching your “after”.

But you’ve got to realise is there is no after, only during.

You’re always going to change and adapt your goals. You’re always going to want to be better… why wouldn’t you?

If you spent as much time focusing on the work you’ve already done as you do the work you think you need to do. I bet your mindset would shift massively.

My favourite way to do this? Progress pictures.

They’re unflattering. Uncomfortable. And a little depressing to start with.

But what is avoiding them going to do? Keep you comfortable? Keep you in the same boat you’re in now?

You’ve loved that so far right? 🙄

But imagine being able to look back at these pictures in a couple months - and seeing those pictures that once made you feel so down and actually being proud of yourself?!?

Proud of the work you’ve put in.

Proud of working hard.

Proud you’ve got yourself out of the place of uncomfortably comfortable to be comfortably confident!

If you don’t take the pics yeah you’ll still be in a better place but I can guarantee you won’t appreciate it half as much

This is what always stands out for me.

Starting something new for some odd reason always feels embarrassing. Whether that’s starting to work out, starting a business or trying a new class.

We always get embarrassed.

Why? Because we think people will judge.

But we’re trying to better ourselves. To change. To upgrade. Yet we put it off because of what other people might think.

If you have inspiration, if you have someone you look up to in whatever space you’re trying to grow, would that person judge you for trying?

No! They’d praise you, they’d cheer you on.

They’re the ones that matter, not someone watching from below trying to drag you down.

So this is your sign, if you have been thinking and wanting to start something new, trust in yourself, listen to those around you who support you and block out those who don’t matter.

Bonus quote:

“Those who matter won’t judge, and those who judge don’t matter”

✨ L E A N N E ✨

Leanne came to me to 1) lose fat and 2) get strong and let me tell you this girl has done just that!

Hitting PBs weekly even when travelling with her football team.

The change in her body is amazing but the change in her mindset has blown me away!

From having a difficult relationship with fitness and food in the past, she has combated and worked so hard that she’s been able to hit her goals without having to worry about those past experiences creeping in.

She is stronger, fitter and healthier in body and in mind.

And she’s not done yet!!

I’ve loved the hype this has gotten so far - so excited to see everyone push themselves and do amazing.

A whole load of ladies getting to the best version of themselves before summer!

If you’ve been thinking about it. Don’t wait any longer!

✨ K E L S E Y ✨

You’ve seen Kels once and you’ll bloody see her again!

I talk all the time about it you stick to the plan you’ll reap the rewards and Kelsey shows you I’m not lying.

Through her programme we have:

- Increased her confidence so much she has went from home workouts to gym workouts
- Increased her body confidence to loving how she looks and being excited to dress up for events
- Improved how her clothes fit - the amount of times she’s messaged me showing me the difference in clothes and it amazes me every time to see her glow!
- Made a better diet she does naturally and doesn’t have to think about
- Allowed her to have true food freedom and balance.

All these wins on top of amazing pictures, fat loss and the scales going down almost weekly!

Kels has a goal of reaching 2 stone down in her programme - which we ARE going to reach!

Before and after with an amazing team today at .dozen so glad I’ve got people who let me rope them into these crazy things 😂

Challenging but so much fun! Considering we didn’t actually train for the event we didn’t do bad at all!

Definitely going again next year! Last pic says it all 😂
