- Everyone! 🙂 Despite the name, you don't have to be an athlete or sports person to benefit from massage. It may be that you spend long periods of time sat at a desk and experience back pain? While I've been away for a few days I thought I'd share with you all what I've been up to. I've had a great couple of days at the CSP Annual Conference in Wales where I got to share my MSc research as poster presentations at both the student and the main conferences.

It was also great to watch others present their work and attend some interesting sessions.

I hope you all enjoy the rest of your weekend. Any enquiries will be replied to on Monday. 🙂
