Massive well done to Rachel who’s been working hard on achieving her weightloss goal and this week she’s only gone and done it!🌟-42lbs down and inches lost-
She mentioned that it’s the first time she’s been at this weight since before her first pregnancy 18 years ago and feels so good.
-
After knee surgery and physio sessions, there were times when she found it so painful, a constant struggle, couldn’t weight bare and a real mental game. She’s been attending my group cycling classes for many years pre-op and post-op🙌
-
The courage, strength and belief it’s taken to come back and push for those gains is amazing. She books her classes in so that she has a consistent routine that works for her. The results just speak for themselves.

LIFESTYLE CHOICE. LIFESTYLE MADE

A-GAMER💫
————
Siobhan made the decision to try group cycling again after many years out. New goals and getting back on the fitness wagon to achieve big results. She’s well on the way to where she wants to be but revisiting group cycling again after six years is the highlight for me. Plucked up the courage to book into my class, out of her comfort zone, took every instruction in her stride, enjoyed and absolutely smashed it!💥
Amazing work super happy for you. The real reason I love to coach and seeing the rewards physically, mentally and smiles on faces.
-
If you haven’t already, try something new or revisit old. There’s always a reason why and with a clearer way of thinking, take yourself out of your comforts and enjoy once again to achieve great things and be the best version of yourself✨ IT’S LIKE MAGIC✨

YOUR VISION💫
—————————
Remember the core values of why you’re doing what you’re doing. There’s a fundamental reason why you’re shooting for the stars so that you can put yourself in the best possible position and be the best version of you.
-
Success does not happen in a straight line, there’ll be so many bumps in the road and it’s how you get passed them. Through mistakes comes invaluable learning and through learning comes experience.

WHY HAVE A GOAL?
================
This is a picture from last year when I set myself a goal to power through 200km on a Concept 2 Bike ERG in a single session🚲
-
The temperature was close to being in the minus as I remember it well❄️
-
It took me around 7 hours to complete of which I did. I was well fuelled, a toilet visit or two, had major saddle sore, watched a few Christmas movies and listened to music. Anything to spur the tired motivation on💥
-
This post is not about what I can do… because I know I can. It’s about what you can do, making waves, challenging your mind and body to that euphoric feeling of satisfaction. Uncomfortable situations will surprise you and bring out the best in you🙌
-
SET A NEW GOAL!🏁

IS YOUR ENVIRONMENT DOING YOU WRONG❓
————-
In order to reach your true full potential, the environment you put yourself is so IMPORTANT.
-
When it comes to exercising you have to decide whether you excel in a group setting where everyone is like minded and gunning for similar goals or making it completely personal and training solo.
-
Both are extremely effective but you want everything to align… motivation, accountability, plan, consistency and have your own individual goals of your reasons why.
-
If you’re struggling with this…
PLEASE GET IN TOUCH SO THAT I CAN HELP YOU‼️

REFLECTION
==========
When you’re working so hard towards your goals…the passion, the commitment, the effort is there.
🔥
You’re totally dialled in but sometimes we can get lost on that path and suddenly the reason for doing is very distant.
🔥
Don’t panic, your motivation is still there. Simply take a step back, think of where you’ve come from and the reasons why you’re doing what you are.
🔥
This helps recovery, you to refocus and kick on. Just because you’re not moving doesn’t mean you’re not making steady progress❗️
