Quick and easy workout to get your weekend off to a good start.
Simplifiers:
Jumping Lunges - front or reverse lunges (no jumping involved)
Full press ups - stay on your knees, maybe change the position/distance of your arms.
Crunches - keep feet on the ground
Plank side walks - Renegade row (touch your shoulders instead and stay on that spot)
Crab exercises - stay on all fours, then move one leg at a time, keep both hands on the floor.
