Great session on Saturday, good to see some new faces on the mat. In the coming weeks we are looking forwards to introducing standup techniques and how these are used to transition into groundwork!

Also, a big shoutout to Poppy and Tony from Middlesbrough Judo who competed at the Liverpool Open on Sunday, coming away with a Bronze medal each🥉! Further congratulations goes to Grace, unfortunately no medal, but plenty of experience gained to take into her next competition😊.

We are happy to announce that we will now be delivering some Ne Waza (groundwork) focused sessions at Middlesbrough Fight Academy on Saturdays 11:30am-1pm - starting THIS Saturday (10th Feb)🥋.

£5 a session , pay as you go.
