The Whites played the Golds today. BR VS BR
A good game for both side after a slow start from
the Whites conceding early on we give ourself an uphill battle. Some excellent football and goals from both sides, a good day of football regardless
of results. ⚽️⚽️

The Whites hosted a tough u12’s Norton and Stockton.
We didn’t get the result but we done ourselves proud. If we had a bit of luck we maybe could have even got something from the unbeaten Norton.
Results aside what an advertisement for girls football both sides representing their clubs with pride.

⚪️⚽️ Football is Back⚽️⚪️

Back to league football today for the Whites new kits and an atmosphere of excitement in the air.

We looked to be direct early on against a well organised Mbro ladies. The side wind didn’t help but we plugged away until we got our rewards.
The girls put a good shift in making a POTM a tough choice.

A split decision was made Clara took it first half
looking comfortable and raring to go in the warm up in I said to Alfie she is at it today and thats exactly how she went into the game. 👏

Second half choice was Willow, she took a blow to the face in the first half and came back on second half raring. Winning the ball back and playing some good 1-2 give and goes had us playing some tidy football. 👏

The girls played in the a tournament up the A19 to Wingate.
I think we normally produce a much higher level of football, given that we managed another semi final. We fell short to a good FC Hartlepool u12’s side, who we will again meet in the league shortly.
A big thanks to Nancy from our blues who helped us out today to give us 9 players.

An award for the keeper of the day was chosen by Reffs and official out of all the keepers in all age ranges this was presented to Mila by Jenny Blench (Sunderland’s keeper). 🧤
