Sorry for the delay in this post but it’s been a busy few days

We had a brilliant day at the WKO British open, we had competitors representing IMAC England and our own ASMA

Everyone of them did us proud. They all had their own personal targets and goals, and everyone of them achieved them. Whether that was winning a gold, facing a fear or gaining some experience you all had a win of some sort.

Also it was so good to our extended IMAC family, and to see all the team supporting each other was truly amazing. A massive well done to you all and taking home the top overall team was some achievement. 🏆

The WKO team did a great job delivering another fantastic event so thank you to all the officials.

A great weekend and always a pleasure to be part of IMAC England team.

What an amazing weekend at the WKO British Open. The effort from everyone both on and off the rings and mats was just outstanding.
To all the Coaches, Officials, Competitors and of course the Supporters-Thank You!
The results speak for themselves. None of this is possible without you. We are humbled by every single one of you.

Now the summer holidays are over and everyone’s settled back into school, it’s time to get back on the mats!

We are back to normal times on a Monday

A top day at the Imac Open, great fights and patterns. Team ASMA smashed it winning 9 golds, 6 silvers and 3 bronze. We finished the 4th overall team and two of our guys in the top ten individuals. All this from just 6 competitors……WOW

We are so incredibly proud of everyone of our team today.

Thank you to our ASMA family and friends that supported the team. It always makes a massive difference to the guys on the mats 👍

Thank you to Kirsty and Jolene for your all help and coaching I really appreciate you both 🫶🏻
