⚽️ MATCH REPORT | MARTON BLUES 🆚 TIBS BLUES ⚽️

A tough game at home today as we welcomed TIBS Blues. It was a great end-to-end game, with both teams battling hard throughout.

Goals from Archie and River kept us going, but unfortunately it just wasn’t our day today.

Plenty of positives to take from the game. We dust ourselves down and push on to the next one! 💙⚽️

BORO RANGERS REAL MADRID 🆚 MARTON BLUES U8s

Today we kicked off the new season at Middlesbrough Sports Village with a tough test against Boro Rangers Real Madrid.

It was a difficult afternoon for the boys, and we were slow to get going against a very strong side. The opposition were clearly the stronger team today and, despite the boys continuing to work hard and give their all.

It definitely wasn’t our best performance, but there are always lessons to take from games like this. The boys showed great attitude, kept going until the final whistle and never gave up, even when things weren’t going our way💙

It’s only the first game of the season, and there’s plenty for us to work on, improve and build on. We’ll take the positives, learn from today and come back stronger next week! 💪⚽️

Heads up, boys — plenty more football to come! 💙
