Dance Studio

We have availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays in our dance studio. Perfect space for yoga, pilates, boxercise, fitness circuits. If you are interested get in touch for more information.

Functional movement workshop, its a fantastic workshop to learn how to move our bodies better, great for athletes, people who suffer with joint pain, can't recommend this highly enough!

RUN FOR GEM!

Just over 2 years ago many of you know I ran from Middlesbrough to London to raise money for Tees Valley Education. There were many people that supported me through this run, one of them was Gemma Lee. Gem provide Herbalife nutritional products for throughout the run, was there on day 1 and supported me through the first 10 miles and sent me supportive messages throughout the run.

Gemma has Stage 4 brain tumour and is currently undertaking alternative treatments, this medication is not a available on the NHS, the cost of the medication is approx £5000 per month so family and friends are constantly raising money to support with these costs.

I have decided to complete the first leg of my London run, Middlesbrough to Malton (approx 42 miles) in one day on the 31st July to raise money for Gem. Good Evening,

In light off the government announcement this evening regarding the opening off gyms and leisure centres. We will be taking time to look over all the relevant documentation before making any decisions regarding reopening the centre. Please also bear in mind that we are part of a school and we have to liaise with the school before any decision can be confirmed. We will be in touch as soon as we can with further information. We hope to open as soon as we can but we will only do.so if it is safe for everyone. Thank you

As you may have seen or heard, the government has announced that from Friday all schools will be closed until further notice.

Due to this announcement the sports Hub will close on Thursday evening and will be closed until Public Health England and the government decide it is safe to reopen.

We will keep all our groups informed when we have any information. We understand this is a difficult time for everyone and we will continue to support all our groups in the forthcoming months.

We have currently built a fantastic programme of activities for young people and adults within East Middlesbrough and we will come back stronger.

In the meantime keep yourself safe and where possible try and keep active.
