Traditional Japanese karate. West Sussex Renshinkan karate, open for new students for the start of September term. For all ages from age 5 to 75, complete beginners are very welcome, we offer your first two lessons free. Improve your physical and mental fitness, gain resilience and confidence!
We train in a professional, safe and supportive environment, Tuesday evenings at Midhurst Rother college and Saturday mornings at Wisborough Green village hall, let’s do our best!
