I have a Size 3 Freemotion Harness 5.0 for sale if anyone would like it!

I bought it for Toby thinking he may fit a smaller size, but it doesn't fit him as well as I'd like 🙈

If anyone would like it before I send it back to Norway, it's up for sale at £69 (full price £86.99) 💙

Sizing would fit a cocker spaniel type breed - similar to Toby but with a smaller neck 😂🙈

Yesterday and today we came in at 6th place in the XF (female, two dogs) category 🤘🏻

I was convinced we were a lot slower today, so I can't quite believe there was only 4 seconds between the two results! 🤯

Could not be prouder of these boys for their consistency in being so wonderful ❤️

Day 2 of Canix Pembrey complete! ❤️🐾

I think we were slightly slower today (my watch says by 9 seconds but we'll wait for the official time), but I'm more than happy with that!

I was too tired for hills today, and it was a lot warmer. Toby was desperate to get in the pool at the water station half way round so we made a pit stop 😂

I'm so proud of how Jasper coped for his first two races. He knew exactly where we were off this morning and was screaming with excitement as soon as we entered the car park 🙈

There were a couple dogs on the way round who passed us and barked in his face as they went - something that happens now and again with excited dogs! Given that Jasper used to be quite reactive, it was so amazing to see him not even bat an eye 😍

Toby of course, my trusty canicross boy, was an absolute trooper and is extremely good at making me look like a pro! 😎

I think it's time now though for a well earned rest. Well done lads 🤘🏻🐾❤️

We start simple, build confidence gradually, and always run at the pace of the slowest runner so nobody gets left behind.

Whether you’re completely new to running or just looking for a fun way to get active with your dog, all you need to start is the ability to walk briskly for around 30 minutes 🐕🏃🏻‍♀️
