South Wales Seniors Classic Update
We have just heard that our seniors team have won 2-1 in the final.
Congratulations to captain Sean, Robin, Lyn, Spike, Reggie and John.
Excellent achievement boys the whole club is very proud of you all.

We would like to wish our seniors team the best of luck today playing in the final of the Seniors South Wales Classic.
They will be teeing off at 11am today at The Grove Golf Club against West Monmouthshire Golf Club.
Those playing are pictured - Robin Potter, Lyn Rees, John Price, Mike Anderson, Paul Kingston and the team captain Sean Conway.

Gents Competition Results

Gents Open Day Saturday 22nd August -
There were 87 entries with 70 members and 17 visitors playing in the competition.
There were 11 two's worth £8 each. Visitors Liam Eaton and Chris Lawrence both received a sleeve of balls.

Well done to all who took part in both competitions.
Great work by the grounds team Shane, Shaun, John Price and Lyndon along with the volunteers to keep the greens in great conditions during these hot periods. Big well done to Sarah and Lou and the catering and bar staff for looking after us before and after matches. Breakfast are on every Saturday morning and great value.

Good luck to the seniors involved in the South wales classic being played on 3rd September at the Grove Swansea, the full support of the club is behind you.

Also well done to Alyssa Hartley on her junior captains day which was a great success.
