⚠️ Change of Venue and Day for Class Next Week ⚠️

Hi everyone,

You’ll be receiving emails shortly but just a quick message to let you know about a change to next Wednesday's class.

Unfortunately, Wednesday 23rd September will not be at Dallam Sports Centre/Gymnasium.

The Sports Centre is closed that evening for an Open Evening, and the Gymnasium will also be in use for PE displays and demonstrations, so unfortunately it won't be available for our class either.
I've managed to find an alternative venue at Holme Parish Hall, which is lovely and gives us a space to still have our class next week,

Unfortunately, the hall is already booked on our usual Wednesday evening, but they do have Tuesday 22nd at 7pm available.

So, if you're able to, our class next week will be:

Holme Parish Hall, Duke Street, Holme, LA6 1PY

Tuesday 22nd September

7-8pm

There are a few parking spaces within the grounds however there are lots of places within the village that you'll be able to park too.

I'm really sorry that we have had to change both the venue and the evening for one week, but i'm really pleased i've been able to find us an an alternative rather than having to cancel the class all together.

Please let me know if you're able to make the Tuesday evening, you can book in exactly the same way using the booking link that I have amended and hopefully we can still have a great class together!

Wall balls are a simple but brutal full body exercise great for conditioning, strength, and coordination. You typically use a soft medicine ball and throw it against a wall target after performing a squat.

Benefits

1. Full body conditioning

Wall balls train your legs (quads, glutes), core, shoulders, and arms all at once. It’s one of those rare exercises that genuinely hits almost everything.

2. Cardiovascular fitness

Because it’s repetitive and fast paced, your heart rate shoots up quickly. That makes it ideal for Kcals burnt and endurance similar to circuits or high intensity interval training.
