Precor Deadlift Elite installed yesterday. Variety of exercise possibilities with this bit of kit. Bulgarian split squats, deadlifts, shrugs, RDL’s, rows etc. YouTube video attached below to show a few ideas. Boss man has never used one before so he’ll be learning himself! Some new bits on the way…

The Jordan hip thrust bench (soft bench) will be a handy tool and should arrive later this week.

The Precor Deadlift Elite will take a bit longer (late February prediction) and will make a variety of exercises more accessible, (and less scary) for some.

Much like our plate loaded squat machine can be easier to use for some people compared to a free weight (barbell) squat, the deadlift elite should open up new movements to those who are not a fan of barbell movements.

We’re looking forward to installing this new piece of kit soon 💪
