DECEMBER EDITION

Yes… I know the weather has changed this week and its a smidge cooler that it was, but I’m planning my last class of the year at for Saturday 6th December at 8:30am

Its an opportunity to get outside, breathe the fresh air and then enjoy a hot drink after, with your pick of the best goodies in the farm shop :)

Unless the weather is really shocking, class will be going ahead and it will be outside so wrap yourself up nice and warm! Previously we’ve had dry robes, bobble hats, extra cosy socks, blankets and even a hot water water bottle for extra comfort during savasana under the open sky. What could be better?!

This Saturday I'll be back at the fabulous Cranley Barn Farm & Shop for Outdoor Yoga at 8:30am :) no experience necessary, just a few cosy layers, something to stand on and a willingness to give it a go!

Will the sun be sunny or the rain be rainy for Saturday’s outdoor yoga?

Either way, I’ll be Cranley Barn Farm & Shop for all levels outdoor yoga at 8:30am, followed by a hot drink and snoop around the fabulous farm shop!

Spoiler alert- we will not be amongst the cows, but we will be taking a gentle stretching start to the weekend on the lawn, then enjoy a coffee at the farm shop afterwards 😍

When I got up this morning I wasn’t sure if anyone would show up for June’s pop up yoga class at …. The weather forecast was dubious to say the least 😬

We ended up with the perfect break in the weather - long enough not just for yoga but also for coffee under the trees afterwards 🤩

May’s pop up yoga class took place last weekend and feels like a dream already!

Between the warm sunshine, the gentle breeze raining blossom down over us and the wonderful surroundings of (not to mention the coffee and GREAT cakes) it was a great way to start the weekend.
