One of our fabulous clients recently changed from afternoon and evening treatments to 9am in the morning! Curious... I asked her why! Her reply was interesting. She felt whilst later in the day left her wanting to fall into a delightful slumber, first thing in the morning left her invigorated and with a spring in her step which right now is just what she needs. Do you like the sound of that? We sure do!!!

Hej! Such a fun day today at Ikea Milton Keynes for a special on site chair massage event! So impressed with the effort they make to support staff and how much they value wellness in the workplace.

Today was especially poignant being World Mental Health day. Massage is well known for its ability to calm, relax and refresh, to let the mind just ‘be’, to focus in that moment without the usual burdens or stresses we can carry around each day.
