A successful grading yesterday with all candidates being successfully promoted to their next rank.
Well done to everyone!! 👏🏽

For some it was their first testing which can be very nerve racking, but they endured and came through with flying colours 🏆

My trusty assistant will be off to uni soon.
Last night was the final sessions with her in support at Woburn Sands.
She’s started her martial arts journey 14 years ago as a shy little 4 year old, she leaves as a confident young lady who’s supported many who have come through the class over the last few years on her journey to 2nd degree black belt.
We wish her luck and we’ll hopefully see her back on the mat whenever she’s back home.

Everyone has their own journey, all you have to do is take the first step
